What are you afraid of? This month we'll examine your 2012 Financial Goals and get rid of any fear you have right now that's stopping you. Update your Financial Statements (Excel Spreadsheet) so you know exactly where you are and what your Fast Track Goal is. Be prepared to discuss one income item and one expense item you will improve this year. We are declaring 2012 to be the year of ACTION for you. See you this Saturday, Jan. 21st. She currently needs help in developing her website. If you or someone you know has experience in building websites please contact her. Congratulations to Tracy H. and Timothy B. as they have recently decided to add another investment property to their portfolio, however, this time around they want it to be a homeless shelter. The deadline for Request For Proposal (RFP) just expired for 501( c )'s to get their application completed and they were told it would take a long time for the 501c status to be approved. If you or someone you know in your network knows how to expedite this process, please contact them. Congratulations to Robert C., Kimberly Y., and Young K. as they have been working on building their Bubble Tea beverage distribution company. They've been drinking it for over 13yrs and love it so much it only made sense to turn their love (passion) into a business. They're currently navigating NYC redtape for license and permits to get the mobile food vending truck component of their business off the ground. If you or someone you know has done this process and can offer advice to them, please send an email. Congratulations to Stacy A. on selling her coop unit. It was a long process for her to sell her unit in our down housing market. She stayed the course and stuck in their until it was done. You will soon be hearing about the process and what she did to be triumphant in her book she'll be writing. You'll be able to learn what you can do to sell your property in this distressed market. Congratulations to Bridget S. and Robynne H. on going into contract to purchase their 7th real estate investment property between them. They started with nothing, have been diligently coming to our group for their financial education, put what they learn into action, and are building their empire. Way to go !!! You two are inspiration to us all. Congratulations to Duane H. on recently completing the layout & design of his book 5 Easy Steps To Financial Freedom: Do What You Love & Get Rich Doing It. The next phase is he will be looking into his network of famous people to have them review his book and provide endorsements. If you or someone you know in your network knows a famous person that is a successful entrepreneur, please email him. He also is submitting a Letter of Intent to purchase a 218-unit apartment complex he recently discovered in foreclosure to add to his current portfolio. If we forgot to shine the spotlight on you just remind us and we'll make sure to include you in next month's newsletter. So many of you are out there doing great things with your businesses, real estate, and other Fast Track investments. Being aware that you have people behind you who are supporting you with your endeavors is such a great feeling and helps you stay the course. Start with old deals that you haven't posted and make new entries up to today of what you've accomplished. Even deals that didn't go the way you planned, something positive came out of it because you learned a lot from the experience ... tell us about it !!!
